I have been married since 2001, a mom since 2005, and an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church since 2004. Since the birth of the iPhone in 2007, I have served as a pastor at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dickinson, North Dakota.
Bowen theory (family systems) is one way to look at relationships. This thinking has guided my work and my life, and shaped the two books I’ve written: Spiritual Longing in a Woman’s World and Wait: An Advent of the Familiar.
